How should one tell an AI what to do ?

Well , you have to have some form of communication that both humans and AIs can understand — and that is rich enough to describe what one wants .

As I have described elsewhere , what I think this basically means is that one has to have a knowledge based Computer Language — which is precisely what the Wolfram Language is — and ultimately one needs a full Symbolic Discourse Language .
